Health & wellness coaching

Steady habits, and a coach who follows up.

I help people build routines they can keep: steadier eating habits, realistic goals, and the accountability to stay with them. No judgment, no quick fixes, just structured support from someone who will actually check in.

What we work on

Practical changes, one at a time

Coaching is not a lecture. We pick what matters to you, break it into steps, and keep adjusting as life happens. These are the areas we usually work in.

Habits & nutrition routines

We look at how you actually eat, sleep, and move, then build small, repeatable routines that fit your schedule instead of fighting it.

Goal setting & milestones

Vague goals stall. We turn yours into specific, measurable milestones with dates, so you can see progress and always know what to do next.

Accountability & check-ins

Regular check-ins by message, email, or phone keep you on track and keep me up to date. When a week goes sideways, we talk it through and reset.

Motivation & mindset

Motivation fades; systems last. We work on the cues, reminders, and routines that carry you through the weeks when you do not feel like it.

Onboarding & long-term support

Getting started is the easy part. I stay with you after the first weeks, adjusting the plan as your life and your goals change.

How it works

Four steps, no pressure

Starting is simple. Here is how we work together, from the first call onward.

  1. Step 1: Intro conversation

We start with a short call by phone or video about where you are, what you want to change, and whether coaching with me is the right fit.

  2. Step 2: Set your goals

Together we choose one or two priorities and turn them into clear milestones, with a plan that fits your real schedule, not an ideal one.

  3. Step 3: Build and check in

You work the plan. I check in regularly by message, email, or phone, answer questions, and help you adjust when the week does not go as planned.

  4. Step 4: Review and grow

We look back at what worked, mark the progress, and set the next milestone. Over time the routines become yours, and I step back as you need less.

By the numbers

Who it's for

Coaching that meets you where you are

Individuals

Anyone who wants steadier habits, a clearer plan, or simply someone in their corner while they work toward a goal they set for themselves.

Busy professionals

People with full calendars who need a plan that survives a long commute, late meetings, and travel. Check-ins fit around your day, not the other way around.

Groups & organizations

Small teams, community groups, and workplaces that want wellness support for their members. Group formats are available by request, so tell me what you have in mind.

Questions

Common questions

Something else? Ask me directly.

Do you coach remotely or in person?

Both. Coaching works well remotely by message, email, phone, or video, so distance does not have to be a barrier. If you are on Long Island, in-person sessions can be arranged in Nassau County and nearby.

How much does coaching cost?

Pricing depends on how often we meet and how much support you want between sessions, so I share rates after our intro conversation. There is no obligation to continue after that first call, and I will never pressure you.

What does a session look like?

We review how the last stretch went, look at what helped and what got in the way, and set one or two concrete steps for the period ahead. Sessions are conversational, honest, and focused on what you can realistically do.

How do you track progress?

We agree on milestones that matter to you, such as routines kept, meals planned, or walks taken, and review them at each check-in. Progress is measured against your own goals, not someone else’s standard.

Is this medical advice?

No. I am a health, nutrition, and wellness coach, not a doctor, dietitian, or therapist. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If you have a medical condition, please work with your healthcare provider, and I am glad to support the plan they give you.

How long does coaching last?

That is up to you. A few months can be enough to build a routine, and ongoing support is there if you want it as life changes. We check in regularly on whether coaching is still useful, and you can pause or stop at any time.

Coaching is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional. Please talk with your doctor before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a health condition.
